Step 1: Post a banner on Instagram inviting people to ask you any question under it.
Examples of the banner (size 1080p by 1350)
The caption to your banner should state that sometimes we are not ready for the big steps, but we can always start with a small step towards change. The best way to start is to ask a specialist, as asking does not cost anything. But gives a lot of value
You can write it in your own words, and then list what people can ask you questions about (5-10 points). Write that the most interesting questions will be answered in a dedicated video.

Step 2: Now let’s help our peers and write 2 questions in the comments under their banners.
To allow the authors to answer each question separately don’t put all questions in one comment: one question per comment. Leave two comments total. Write detailed, interesting and challenging questions. These questions will be answered by video in different quests.
