In this video we will practically visualize the structure using the Smart art. I have to note that this task is time consuming but it helps to maintain the head clean and organized. Also it helps to free up the space for creative work. However, this step is not a must, you can skip it if you have the structure in your mind.

What to do next:

1. Create the Content of table in word document
2. Copy the Content Table into an Excel
3. Convert it to a Smart Object
4. Make adjustments to the structure (Group by topics, make breakout topics)
